EH-TR CROSSHEAD FOR HIGH VISCOSITIES MATERIALS
In case of very high viscosities material TR model is designed with Liquid temperature control via pressurised water or oil. The separate temperature control zones rapid liquid circulation circuit which guarantees ideal flow characteristics for the compound, in addition to rapid heating to operating temperature and exact temperature separation of the different melt flow.
DISTRIBUTOR
The Crosshead distributor flow channels is calculated with special software. This inssure the same average flow rates and layer thicknesses to be achieved at the die outlet. The flow paths are optimally matched in shape and depth to the viscosities of the insulation.
HIGH CONCENTRICITY
EC-HEAD is built on very tight tolerances matched with Computer calculated design of flow channel. This inssure constant perfect material concentricity.
NEW HIGH TECH SURFACE COATING
EC-HEAD has developed new High Tech Surface Coating, which drastically reduce high friction generated by used of very high viscosity material. These allow better flow, temperature control, massive reduction of Die droll.
